Paternity Cases
A paternity case is a proceeding in which the legal parent of a minor child is determined. A paternity case may be filed by either the mother or father of the minor child. In a paternity case, the issues of child custody, visitation, and child support are addressed. Mr. O’Connor has assisted many clients in establishing suitable arrangements regarding their children in this type of proceeding.
